Grok Ventures was a complex and exciting project to be a part of. We worked to convert a warehouse into office space including an impressive outdoor deck and garden area.
The project included demolition and structural building changes, installation of dorma windows to the existing front roof facade, the removal of an internal brick wall and installation of bi-fold windows and decking. We also designed and built meeting rooms with custom built hardwood meeting tables.
